Barbara Robbins

Barbara Robbins has more than 45 years’ experience in transfer agent and corporate action industry.  From 2012 through 2023 she was a Senior Vice President with BNY Mellon Shareowner Services and American Transfer Services.  Barbara managed upwards of 15 Relationship Managers across the US who were responsible for services provided to corporate issuers which included the Annual Meeting services.  From 1978 to 2012 Barbara held various positions in the Operations Department and Relationship Management Department for BNY Mellon in Minneapolis and Chicago and moved to Dallas in 2013 to open an office for BNY Mellon.  Barbara is currently based in Dallas and joined the Carideo Group in 2025.
