Richard T. Hanrahan

With more than 45 years of experience in the financial and corporate sectors, Rich has built a distinguished career acting as a Relationship Manager and Inspector of Election for more than 800 corporate elections, meeting the needs of both publicly traded and privately held institutions. Rich began his service at Manufacturers Hanover Trust and recently completed a ten-year position at Broadridge as a Senior Relationship Manager. Most of his career was spent at Computershare Limited and its predecessor companies, including BNY Mellon and The Bank of New York. He held additional roles at J. Henry Schroeder Bank and Trust and Adams Cohen and Associates. He joined The Carideo Group Inc. as an Inspector of Election in 2026.  He is based on Long Island, NY.
