Tina Perrino

Tina Perrino has nearly 40 years’ executive management experience in financial services and insurance. Her career at Charles Schwab & Co. [in San Francisco, CA] spanned 30 years in various roles including Managing Director Corporate Vendor Management, Vice-President Asset Management Client Solutions, and Vice-President Senior Corporate Counsel & Secretary for Schwab’s proprietary mutual funds.  Ms. Perrino’s deep knowledge of securities and insurance regulations and risk management together with her critical thinking skills and strategic approach to business helped her excel in leading complex multi-disciplinary initiatives across the Schwab organization including re-launch of annuities and insurance business, restructure of restricted stock services platform, and de-risk of structured products & alternative investments custody offerings.  Before joining Schwab, Ms. Perrino spent five years at North American Security Life in Boston as corporate legal counsel and secretary supporting annuities business and related board governance matters. For 3 years prior she was with Manhattan National Life in Cincinnati as an attorney focused on state regulatory issues. Ms. Perrino earned a BS in Finance from The Ohio State University and JD from University of Cincinnati College of Law, as well as SEC Series 7, 24, 63, 65, 99 designations.  She joined The Carideo Group, Inc. in 2025.
